Payments
Fees, payment schedules and any advance payment are set out in the individual proposal or invoice. Third-party costs such as advertising spend, hosting, domains and paid tools are separate from our service fees unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Zudise name, logo and website content belong to Zudise. Work created for a client transfers to that client on full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Results and liability
Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions and third-party platforms. We work professionally towards agreed objectives but do not guarantee specific rankings, reach or revenue. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
